Pure Builders, Inc. started its journey in 1993, Eli Kaspi is a licensed contractor who continually dedicates himself to the education of the ever-changing world of the current design, state-of-the-art building products, and up-to-the-minute permit and zoning information in Southern California. Eli grew up in a family of builders and has taken his life’s experience straight to his clients. Now a quarter of a century later, we let our experience speak for itself.
Having been a by-referral only, family-run business for the past quarter of a century, we have built a solid company base that includes in-house architects, designers, and permit & zoning specialists who are able to expedite the building process from start to finish and provide our clientele a lifelong relationship with Pure Builders, Inc. upon which they can rely.
