A Comprehensive Whole-Home Transformation

This project began where the best remodels do — with blueprints and design — then moved through demolition into a complete interior renovation of the home.

The scope reached nearly every room: removal of the pony wall between the dining and TV rooms, a full kitchen remodel, a renovated fireplace, and upgrades to the TV room, laundry room, bar, dining room, powder room, and every bathroom in the house.

Opening Up the Main Floor

Removing the pony wall between the dining and TV rooms changed how the entire main floor lives — one connected space where there had been two, with sightlines running through the home.

The renovated fireplace anchors the room, and new wood flooring carries the space together end to end.

Kitchen, Bar, and Every Bathroom

The kitchen was fully remodeled — custom cabinetry, stone counters, an island built for gathering, and lighting chosen to match the home's refreshed character. The bar, laundry room, and powder room were upgraded in the same pass.

Every bathroom in the home was renovated, from marble-clad showers and freestanding fixtures to custom vanities and tilework.

A Cohesive, Refreshed Home

New wood flooring was installed through most of the home, complemented by fresh interior paint and finishing touches throughout.

The result is exactly what a whole-home remodel should deliver: not a set of separate projects, but one cohesive, beautifully updated living space. The full gallery is below.
