This project paired a full backyard and pool transformation with a targeted interior remodel — work that changed how the whole property is used.
Outside, a beautifully designed backyard and pool created the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining. Inside, the home received a refreshed kitchen, a fully remodeled laundry room with stylish and functional finishes, and a luxurious master bathroom.
A Kitchen and Laundry Room, Refreshed
The kitchen was refreshed with a central island, custom cabinetry, stone counters, and lighting that carries the home's clean, bright palette.
The laundry room was fully remodeled in the same language — a space designed to look as considered as the rest of the house while working harder day to day.
A Pool and Patio Designed as One Space
The backyard was designed as an outdoor room: a pool and raised spa, generous patio and deck space for lounging, and a covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining.
The result is a backyard that works as an extension of the house rather than a separate zone at the back of the lot.
A Private Spa-Like Retreat
The luxurious master bathroom completes the remodel — an elegant walk-in shower alongside a beautiful soaking tub, finished in stone and marble tile.
