This Hollywood Hills home received a complete remodel designed to elevate both style and functionality — work that respects the character of the house while bringing it firmly into the present.
The centerpiece is the transformation of the kitchen and dining areas into a bright, modern, and inviting space. Every bathroom was fully remodeled with updated finishes, fixtures, and custom details, and thoughtful upgrades throughout give the home a fresh, sophisticated feel.
Kitchen and Dining, Opened to the View
The kitchen and dining areas were reworked into one bright, connected space. A large island anchors the room, framed by custom cabinetry, a statement hood, and lighting chosen to work with the home's exposed beams.
The dining area opens to the hillside view — the reason to build here in the first place.
Bathrooms Rebuilt From the Studs Out
Every bathroom in the home was fully remodeled — the primary bath with a freestanding tub, a glass walk-in shower, and a double vanity, and the guest baths finished with their own tilework and fixtures.
A custom wine bar was added as part of the same scope, tying the entertaining spaces together.
Sophisticated, Without Losing the Character
The finish palette carries through the whole house — warm wood, black fixtures, and clean stone against the home's original beams and hillside light.
