Pure Builders recently completed a remodel of a master bathroom and jack-n-jill bathroom. We compared reviews and quotes from several companies, and settled on Pure Builders based on a combination of excellent reviews, an excellent first meeting with owner Eli, a competitive quote, and visiting some other properties that used them. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with from owner Eli, to foreman Udi, to Love in the office, to the individual workers. Coordination and scheduling was excellent throughout the process. Eli and Udi were very responsive with addressing change requests and correcting any small issues that we noted. In addition to the bathrooms and hallway in the original contract, Eli willingly accommodated additional items that we requested at reasonable cost. There were also several small things, unrelated to the primary bathroom work that Eli took care of without additional costs. There was no nickel-and-diming for small items, which I really appreciated. As an example, after the work was fully completed and paid for, we mentioned to Eli that we were planning to order and install another pendant light that was not originally planned, and he offered to have someone come and install it at no charge. After closely watching my neighbor’s remodeling project develop so quickly by Pure Builders, I decided to meet with Eli the owner. Eli came out and spent hours with us getting an idea of what we wanted for our kitchen, bathrooms, and back yard project. He came up with a beautiful design that included everything that was important to uyelps. The flow, the colors, and layout were just perfect. Pure Builders remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms, and built a new wood patio in my backyard that created a great sitting area for my family to gather in the outdoors. The project went smoothly and Pure Builders dedicated a project manager to supervise my project on a daily basis. Their crew showed great craftsmanship and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I moved into a new place, and we needed to do some renovating especially in the kitchen. I looked on to yelp and found pure builders in Sherman Oaks, and decided I should give them a call. I spoke to the manager Eli and he came and gave me an estimate as to how much everything would cost and it was below my budget. I was excited to work with him and see what they can do, I wanted wooden floors on my kitchen so it went with the walls! It took them within the week to get the job finished, the team was great and excellent to work with. We had Pure Builders remodel our home. We wanted to work with our interior designer which can be a challenge to some contractors, but Pure Builders have proven us how professional they are. Eli your attention to detail is superb. We started with relocating the kitchen to allow a better flow as you walk in the front door. Now the kitchen has much more room and a great view (which I find priceless) Remodeled the bathrooms and replaced all wood windows and flooring. Great construction company with exceptional service and high quality work. Can’t say enough nice things about Eli & Udi, they were on top of the project the whole time, extremely responsive to all my needs, and ensured the project is completed on time and on budget. I love my new remodeled bathrooms, and the new backyard fence looks great and sturdy. They made the whole construction experience surprisingly pleasant and stress free, which is the first for me. All my other experiences with other contractors were terrible and very stressful. I highly recommend Eli and his team. Our experience with pure builders was nothing short of excellent. Eli stayed right on top of things and was responsive to our concerns as well as keeping us informed as to issues, and schedules. We are experienced remodelers ourselves so appreciated the level of skill demonstrated by the crews and the attention to detail. The lead carpenter, Craig, was nothing short of amazing.

We remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and our backyard. Our friends who remodeled a year ago told us to hire a separate company to remodel our backyard, but working with Eli and his team we didn’t feel like we needed to and went ahead with the entire project. We are so happy to have gone with pure builders as our general contractors. Our backyard included pavers, fire place, BBQ and synthetic grass.

All the trade crews were amazing. We had to pour a new cement floor. The cement masons were excellent. The tile guy, did everything we asked him to do. The cabinet maker was very concern about what we wanted, again the cabinets are beautiful. The room we call an office/craft room is everything we wanted. They did an excellent job. Eli and his team are more than contractors – they conceived of the creative addition/remodel to the property to fit our family’s needs, they handled the plans/permitting, and even helped with design and finishes. Pure Builders completely renovated my house and I love the work they did!. They remodeled my bathroom , kitchen and removed walls which created a big inviting open space for us . They changed the flooring and my house looks totally different. It’s looks like a brand new home. We just love it! It was done quickly and I am so happy with the results. I would have written this review sooner, but we’ve been too busy enjoying our new home! My wife and I bought a home back last year and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms and kitchen. It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there’s always a problem. With that in mind, we kept had to keep a positive attitude.As we started construction we decided to change few things around in our kitchen and added a smart home system which evidently changed our total project amount over our original budget and our deadline.Udi, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else. He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted. Malik K.

We hired Pure Builders to remodel our kitchen, master bathroom, and to add 350 Sq. feet of office space to our house. My wife and I met with Eli. We sat together for few hours. He showed us how important a complete 3D design would be. It lets you get the feel of how the end result will look and since neither my wife nor I have that talent of envisioning, it came very handy. We met later in the week to sign all the necessary documents. We couldn’t be more pleased. Pure Builders took care of everything from getting permits, to relocating plumbing and electrical power, to having the plans and inspections approved by the city. We used pure builders to convert a portion of our 2 1/2 car garage into a den/office for my husband. We are also expecting our third child, and the building of the den would create enough space for all of our kids to have their own room (because seriously, they would fight with each other until they killed each other).

Eli was very mindful to the fact that this conversion would need to take place quickly so that we could have the rest of our house in order before our baby arrives. He was impressively prompt in responding to any and all of my questions, getting quotes and letting me know what would be happening on which days. His communication skills are top of the line and he was always pleasant to talk to when he was on the phone, or at our house.

We opted to have the project permitted through the city (which was not mandatory for what we were doing), so it did take longer than we were wanting. But, with that being said, we knew that permitting the project would require inspections and it would require more of a “day to day” mentality. All in all, we had the entire project done in just over a month, and still before the “deadline” we had set for Eli
